How do I know if our plans will qualify for CadWorks Express?

Here’s what you need to know:

• You have a minimum of 5 residential plans to start.

• You build 500+ homes per year.

• Your plans are simple - no upgrades.

• You have a maximum of 2 stories with pre-qualified plan options. Multiple elevation offerings are allowed also.

• Your lots must be part of a PUD with no flood zones, wetland, rolling topography or other restrictive governance that would classify the project as “custom” and deviating from the master plan.

If we need help designing our plans, can you do that also?

Yes! We would work with you on design and once you approved plans, the CadWorks Express 30 Day process would begin.
