Great Commercial Architecture Has a Job To Do

It should attract people, work beautifully, build intelligently - and make good business sense.

Your Building Shouldn’t Just Look Good

It Should Make Your Business Even Better

A hotel has to make a guest feel something the second they walk in.

A restaurant has to flow beautifully from kitchen to table.

An office has to help people work more productively.

A community amenity has to make residents think, Yes. This is exactly where I want to live.

That’s why we don’t believe in designing commercial buildings by formula. Every project has a different job to do, a different audience to serve, and a different business objective behind it.

That’s why you need more than an architect who can make it look good. You need a partner who understands how the building needs to work - for your business, your contractor, your budget and the people who will be walking through the doors each and every day.

A Smarter Way to Design

At Davis Bews Architecture, our approach to commercial architectural design brings together exceptional design, deep technical expertise, and our proprietary Architectural Intelligence System® to help take commercial projects from big idea to a built reality that works exceptionally well.

Creating Spaces That Welcome People

Some of the most important commercial spaces are the ones that create a lasting first impression. Community amenities, clubhouses, amenity centers and entry features help define the cultural identity of a neighborhood and shape how residents and visitors experience it from the moment they arrive.

We design these spaces to be both functional and impossible to forget, creating welcoming environments that reflect the character of the community while supporting the way people gather, connect and live.

Whether you’re developing a new commercial property, expanding your business, renovating an existing facility or creating amenities that bring a community together, our team is committed to becoming a trusted partner throughout the process.

We believe great projects are built on clear communication, exceptional design and genuine relationships and that's exactly how we approach every commercial project.

“It was a pleasure working with Jeff Middlebrook. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand Discovery’s needs, goals, and vision for their projects. His attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of Discovery’s designs was thoughtfully considered and carefully executed.
