CAD Technician Job Description Tampa
The candidate(s) must be proficient with AutoCAD and be able to meet DBDG drafting standards. You must be able to complete a set of Construction Documents for single-family type structures in the designated time frames while maintaining the level of quality that is required by DBDG. Must be able to interpret hand sketches or drawings and transfer those sketches to CAD while maintaining the Designer's intent. Must be able to transfer structural engineering redlines onto CAD with no errors. Must be able to project a professional attitude while providing excellent customer service to our clients about basic job issues and concerns that may arise. Must be able to complete a comprehensive 90-day introductory period training program.
Project Manager Job Description
The right candidate will have project management experience with full responsibility for client contact, production, quality control, profitability, efficiency, timeliness, and management/leadership of a project team. Candidate should also have strong construction document skills. Requirements also include all those listed above for a CAD Technician.
